Welcome to James Pottery Studio & Gallery!
Located on the southern most tip of beautiful Quadra Island, BC, the pottery is housed in the 1905 built home of the Anna and Alfred Joyce family who were among the very first settlers on Quadra.
When Martha and Gordon James purchased the property in 1979, they began the process of restoring and adding to the original farmhouse which was then in a state of extreme disrepair.
Visitors are invited to view the current selection of pottery on display in the gallery.
James Pottery is open year-round on a drop by or call ahead basis.
Gordon's other passion is printmaking and painting. Ask for a short tour of his upstairs studio to see etchings, relief prints, collagraphs and paintings. His graphic work can also be seen on Facebook
